We will always try our best to help, and to make our hirers' experience to be a good one. Our facilities are open to external hire from Monday to Saturday, subect to availability and practicality.

St John’s Business and Community Centre offers a unique setting for meetings, staff training, conferences and Annual General Meetings. Situated in St John’s square in the heart of Blackpool the centre’s facilities can accommodate meetings of less than 10 through to a maximum of 150. From small gatherings to larger events such as public exhibitions and consultation events the versatile rooms mean the centre can offer a personal service tailored to meet your needs.
Room rates start from £60 half day rate for smaller meetings. Refreshments and buffet lunches can be provided. Full conference facilities are available at a delegate rate of £22.50 per head for meetings of over 70. Alternatively room rate only is available for larger meetings if required. A discount is offered for block bookings. There is no extra charge for projection equipment, flip charts and internet access.
